Return and Refund Policy

Purchase of products from the shop:

When purchasing products from the shop, you must check the product thoroughly in front of the salesperson. If there is any problem later, if the product has a warranty, it will be covered by the warranty, but the product is not exchangeable.

Online Order:

In the case of online orders, if you notice any manufacturing defects or problems after receiving the product, you must inform our hotline within 24 hours. However, no scratches can be made on the product and the product box must be kept intact, otherwise it is not exchangeable.

If you receive the online order product from the delivery man and you think that the box is not the product you ordered, then please do not open the box or destroy the box. If you open the box and use the product and the box is damaged, the product will not be exchangeable.

Defective products are exchangeable from our shop. In this case, our experts will observe the product and take steps to exchange it.

If the buyer wants to use our delivery service to exchange the defective product, then a change charge of 200 taka will be applicable within Dhaka and only courier charges will be applicable outside Dhaka.

If the product is found broken or burnt after receiving the product, the buyer will have to bear the full responsibility of the product.

After receiving the purchased product, if the product does not support your device or you are no longer willing to buy it, as per the details on the Computer Zone website, then the product is not returnable or exchangeable.

After purchasing software or software licenses, it is not returnable or refundable.

It may take 3 to 10 working days to return the product for a specific reason or refund the price for an acceptable reason. In case of online payments, this process may take longer.

Refund charges will be applicable in case of mobile financial services, online gateways, or POS payments.

Do not accept the product from the courier if the product received by the courier is broken or the package is torn. If you receive the damaged product from the courier, then you will have to take it at your own risk and no complaints will be accepted later.

If you received any cash back at the time of payment, the cashback amount will be deducted at the time of refund.
